Access to the experience is strictly through purchased tickets or official invitations.

By purchasing a ticket, product, or engaging with our services, you agree to this Return & Refund Policy.

Age Restriction

All attendees must be 18 years and above. By purchasing a ticket or attending the experience, you confirm that you meet the legal drinking age requirements. We reserve the right to deny entry without refund if valid identification is not provided.

Ticketing & Event Refund Policy

Third-Party Ticketing

All ticket purchases are processed through third-party platforms.

We are not responsible for any data breaches, payment failures, or security issues arising from third-party payment processors.
All payment disputes relating to processing must be handled with the respective ticketing provider.

No-Show Policy

If you fail to attend the event for any reason, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Event Cancellation by LEWA EXP

In the event that THE LEWA EXPERIENCE is cancelled by us, attendees will:

  • Receive a full refund, and
  • Where applicable, reimbursement of ticket costs through the original payment method.

Price changes will not affect tickets already purchased.

Shipping Policy
